Inventory Planner
A focused stock and reorder planner with editable inputs, visible calculation rules and a separate browser demonstration.
Hosted interactive demonstration

The problem
Stock quantities alone do not explain what to reorder. A planner needs to make demand, lead time, inbound stock and pack sizes visible alongside its assumptions.
What I did
I directed and refined the planning experience with AI-assisted implementation and verification, focusing on useful inputs, readable results and an editable handoff.
How it works
- Separate editable stock inputs from calculated recommendations.
- Use explicit validation for duplicates, invalid pack sizes, zero demand and pasted text.
- Provide a macro-free Excel workbook and a browser demonstration using fictional products.
What you can verify
- Native Windows Excel verification across the sales and inventory package passed 22 assertions.
- The inventory workbook supports 100 input slots; its dashboard chart shows the first 12 demo rows.
- The browser provides category, stock-status and product-search controls.
Project scope
The browser and workbook are separate, not synchronized. Demand uses a 30-day average rather than a seasonal forecast, and inbound stock is assumed usable within the planning horizon. The file never places purchases or updates an order system. Other spreadsheet apps and real operator readiness remain unverified.
